General information

The local recruits are recruited directly by the lycée, after consultation with the Agency's Joint Consultative Committee (CCPLA), which includes representatives of the administration and staff. Candidates may include tenured teachers on leave, as well as anyone interested in teaching who has a master's degree or, in exceptional cases, a bachelor's degree. In addition to teachers, this status also covers educational assistants, nursery assistants, administrative managers in the areas of schooling, finance, etc. For these posts, the requirements in terms of qualifications and experience vary according to the level of responsibility.

Lastly, the Lycée sometimes offers short-term jobs to meet the needs of its students. replacements primary school teachers (primary to CM2), secondary school teachers or administrative staff.

The primary school management undertakes to train candidates during the school year.
