The Lycée Louis Massignon offers a safe and supervised school transport service, making it easier for students to get to and from school every day.
- Registration via your Eduka account
- For all children aged 3 and over
- Timetables compatible with extracurricular activities and the UJS
- One supervisor per bus in addition to the driver
- Guaranteed journey time of less than 60 minutes
Important information
The Re-registration for the bus service is not automatic from one year to the next. It is essential to guarantee your child(ren) a place on the bus and must be renewed every year.
Registration can be annual or quarterly.
The service is a fixed price. It comprises 1 morning service and 1 afternoon service:
- 1 morning service
- 3 afternoon services from Monday to Thursday: 1.30pm, 3.30pm or 5.30pm
- 2 services on Friday afternoons: at 11.30am and 3.30pm (for secondary school students)
Enrolment in the school transport service entails acceptance of the school transport policy as well as the signing of the terms and conditions of service.
Bus service start dates :
- Secondary education (lower and upper secondary school): Tuesday 1 September 2026
- From Year 1 to Year 6: Wednesday 2 September 2026
- From Reception to Year 6: Thursday 3 September 2026
- P.S.: Friday 4 September 2026
points to check before registering
Address
A home address fixed and permanent is mandatory.
Temporary addresses (hotels, friends' homes, workplaces) are not accepted.
Stops
A single fixed stop is awarded for there and back. The stop must be located less than 200 metres home.
The collection from the door is not guaranteedespecially in compounds where specific stops are imposed (main entrances, community centre, etc.).
Itinerary
The maximum authorised journey time is 60 minutes.
Areas not served: Saadiyat Island, Mohamed Bin Zayed City, Masdar City, Mussafah, Yas Island North-West...

Children
Children aged 2 Not authorised.
Children aged 3 : accepted with derogation + car seat (provided by the school).
Under 11s a adult must be present when getting on and off the bus.
How do I register?
The platform for registering and re-registering for school transport for the 2026–2027 academic year is open until 1 July 2026.
For any enquiries made after this date, please send an email to bus@llm.education stating:
- the name(s) of your child(ren); ;
- your full address; ;
- a Google Maps link or your GPS coordinates
To register or re-register, please follow these steps:
1) Change the year to 2026–2027 in the top right-hand corner of your screen (click on the blue box in the top right-hand corner)

3) Confirm and save your registration.
4) We will send you a confirmation email once we have reviewed your child(ren)’s registration form.
Please note:
- Please take a look at the terms and conditions for registering for the school transport service
- Bookings may be adjusted at a later date to optimise the running of the service. You will be notified by email in the event of a change.
- School transport is available for children aged 3 and over (Exemption form available for download here)
- The temporary addresses are not not accepted and do not guarantee no seats available onto another bus if you move house.
- In the event of change of address and’no break, Please contact the department at bus@llm.education so that availability can be checked.
- Any new address must be checked in advance to ensure that adding it to the route complies with the maximum journey time of 60 minutes imposed by the ITC.
By confirming your registration, you agree to the school transport charter, in accordance with the regulations of the’ADEK and the’ITC. We invite you to read it carefully here.
Registration for new families:
- A permanent residential address is required for all school transport registrations.
- Temporary addresses (hotels, temporary accommodation, Airbnb, etc.) are not accepted.
- Please send your full address, along with a Google Maps link or your GPS coordinates, to bus@llm.education.
- Registration will take place subject to availability.

Can I enrol or de-enrol my child during the school year?
It is possible to enrol (subject to availability) or withdraw during the year. Fees will be calculated in accordance with the financial regulations. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing by sending an email to bus@llm.education
Does registering for the transport service automatically guarantee a seat on the bus?
No, the confirmation depends on capacity, area served and journey time (max 60 min). An e-mail will be sent to you if your registration changes.
I have several children at the LLM. Can I get a discount?
Yes, a discount is applied from the 3rd child onwards.
My child will only take the bus in the morning or evening. Am I entitled to a discount?
No, no reduction is granted if the student only uses the service once a day (morning or afternoon) or only on certain days of the week.
My child is registered for extracurricular activities or the UJS. Can he or she take the bus?
Absolutely. The service is compatible with extracurricular activities and the UJS.
I'm moving 🚚. What do I need to do?
- The bus service does not guarantee a place on a new line.
- Changes are possible subject to availability only.
