End-of-year shows at Maternelle and CP: excitement, creativity and magic!
Laughter, poetry, emotion and lots of pride! Our pupils from Petite Section to CP ended the year on a high with performances full of imagination, poetry and emotion... And sung in French, English and Arabic! In Petite Section, the pupils danced, played with percussion instruments and discovered the joy of being on stage. This joint project enabled the PSs to study rhythm and learn to listen, while daring to express themselves in front of an audience. An invaluable moment in the development of young children.

In Moyenne Section, the four elements - earth, water, fire and wind - guided an original artistic performance combining song, dance and body percussion.
A show full of freshness and energy, the fruit of several weeks' work.
In Grande Section, the show took on a very special dimension: it ended with the graduation ceremony for our pupils, symbolising their transition to primary schools. It was an opportunity for everyone to celebrate the end of a cycle with pride.
In CP, the six classes took the audience on a journey through ABBAcadabra, a joyful and sparkling musical inspired by the world of ABBA's mythical songs and tales. It was an enchanted journey, brought to life by around a hundred children and their great energy on stage!
End of year on stage for primary school pupils!
Pupils from CE1 to CM2 at the Lycée Louis Massignon brought the school year to a close with a series of captivating and joyful performances.
As in the nursery school, all the performances featured voices in French, English and Arabic.
In CE1, the pupils put on a magnificent musical and poetic show based on Camille Saint-Saëns' Carnival of the Animals. Each child wore an original mask, carefully crafted in class, which creatively illustrated the animal it represented. A sensitive, colourful and poetic performance.
In CE2, the show mixed theatre and song with a humorous scenario: four former pupils recall their memories of CE2 through objects found in an old cardboard box. Each anecdote was accompanied by a collective song that brought to life the year's learning. It was a funny, well-paced moment that made families laugh as much as it touched them.
In CM1, the pupils presented a choir that they had been preparing since January, highlighting not only singing but also listening skills, concentration and stage posture.
A projection of photos recalling the highlights of the year enriched this sensitive and joyful performance.
Finally, the primary school shows ended with the graduation of the CM2 pupils, marking their passage to collège. An emotional moment to celebrate the end of a cycle and the projects shared throughout the year.
Congratulations to all the students for their stage presence, hard work and enthusiasm!
Thank you and well done to all the teaching teams for their commitment, creativity and investment throughout the year, and to the families for their warm presence and support.
These shows will remain a precious memory for everyone.
