On Monday 5 May 2025, the Lycée Louis Massignon had the pleasure of welcoming Jahrita Ungell as part of a presentation organised by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) and the UAE Ministry of Energy, focusing on energy issues and access to drinking water.
💧⚡During this2025 interactive and enriching session, pupils from CM2, 6e and 2nde tackled the theme of preserving resources through several aspects:
🔹 Awareness of everyday water and energy use habits and their impact ;
🔹 A projection into the future and transmission to subsequent generations in the context of the United Arab Emirates;
🔹 The opportunity to change certain habits and adopt simple but highly effective gestures.
The pupils were able to gain a better understanding of the role they can play in preserving our environment, while reflecting on the impact of their actions.
Many thanks to Jahrita Ungell for her contribution and to ADEK for this rewarding initiative. The activity was supervised by Camilia Hasnaoui, the " education for sustainable development "The Lycée Louis Massignon, which has supported our students in this essential process.
